ABOUT SHOCKWAVE MOTORS, INC.

The Company is a SAE certified national and international motorcycle manufacturer. The Company makes e-mobility cool by providing high performance, three-wheeled, three-passenger, all-electric commuter vehicles that are safe, convenient, pollution free, economical, affordable, and just plain fun to drive!
Meeting the Needs of Consumers:
The key reasons consumers are not buying Electric Vehicles (“EVs”) is due primarily to high purchase prices, range anxiety, massive manufacturing carbon footprint, and e-charging inconvenience. The Company's EVs overcome all of these challenges. Typical EVs must be plugged into a special 240-volt, Level 2 Charging Station for about 6 hours; or a U.S. standard 120-volt outlet for 30+ hours for a complete charge. For every gallon of gas burned in a car, almost 20 pounds of CO2 are released into the atmosphere, contributing to global climate change.
The Company’s Defiant EV3 Electric Roadster (a Trademark of the Company) is a vintage-modern, hardtop/convertible that seats three people. The battery is strategically located to allow easy access and provides an ultralow center of gravity for superior stability. The Draco Sports Trike (a Trademark of the Company) is designed for pure fun and excitement on the daily commute! The Company’s EVs recharge from a simple 120-volt outlet in approximately 8 hours, whether at home or work, providing a daily range of about 200 miles – all this, for less than the average price of a used vehicle!
The Company’s future products include: last mile delivery vehicle, pickup truck, 4-person sedan, and the Auxiliary Power Trailer (a Trademark of the Company).
